Ina Garten is a well-known American cookery book author and Emmy award-winning host of Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa that debuted in 2002, and has been aired for 27 seasons till 2020. Ina started writing policies and nuclear energy papers to the White House. She initially adored the intellectual rigors of her job, but quickly stopped her the interest. In her place, she purchased Barefoot Contessa, a specialty restaurant. It took her 18 years to make the store extremely successful prior to selling it and picking up the pen to begin writing her first book. Numerous other cookbooks and magazine columns followed. A different hit came from her Food Network Television show. Ina sells a variety of products, from ingredients for cooking to kitchenware and storage. Ina is a cook who has learned by herself that hasn't gone to a cooking academy and has never been in a kitchen. She is well-known for her easy way of entertaining and easy food preparation. Some of her best known recipes are Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
